At KB Creations, each item is made to order with care and attention to detail. Many of our products are custom-made and personalized with names, images, or other unique specifications provided by you.

Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed — unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.

Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Double-check spellings, dates, colors, and any custom details. We create each piece exactly as ordered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or with an error we made:

• Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

• Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
  We’ll work quickly to make it right with a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

Because of the custom nature of our products, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

• Personalized or custom items (including names, dates, photos, etc.)

• Sale or clearance items

• Digital products or gift cards
