FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
1. How long will my order take?
For apparel orders, once your design is approved and all order details are confirmed, your order will typically be fulfilled within 10–14 days.
I always aim for sooner when possible and will let you know as soon as your order is ready.
Please note: I work on designs Monday through Friday, not on weekends.
For woodworking items, expect a 2–3 week turnaround. We carefully source the best lumber for each piece, create everything by hand in our workshop, and take extra time with the finishing process to make sure your item is absolutely perfect.
2. What forms of payment do you accept?
On the website, we accept PayPal and all major credit/debit cards.
For local or custom orders (in person or over messaging), we also accept cash, check, Venmo, Cash App, credit/debit cards, and PayPal.
3. Do I have to pay upfront?
-
Orders over $100: A 50% deposit is required upfront.
-
First-time customers: Payment is due in full upfront.
This helps cover materials and secure your spot on the production schedule.
4. Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, we sure do!
-
20+ of the same design: 10% off
-
50+ of the same design: 15% off
-
100+ of the same design: 20% off
School districts and K–12 sports teams automatically receive 20% off their orders.
Fundraisers and local organizations can reach out to see if they qualify for a discount (up to 20% off).
5. Can I add to an order I haven’t picked up yet?
Yes! You can absolutely add to your order.
Just note that once your total reaches $100, payment will be required before additional items can be added.
6. Can I change my order after placing it?
Yes, sometimes!
If your design hasn’t been approved yet, changes are no problem.
If you’ve already approved the design and supplies have been ordered, you’ll be responsible for the cost of any supplies already used or lost in addition to the new order total.
7. Need something in a hurry?
If you’re requesting an item with less than 7 days’ notice, and I’m able to squeeze it in, there will be a 20% rush fee (minimum of $3).
I’ll always let you know upfront if your request can be completed in time.
