Because custom designs often involve multiple options, personalization details, and design proofs, custom orders are handled directly rather than through the website.
But don’t worry — the process is simple!
How Custom Orders Work
1️⃣ Tell Us Your Idea
Start by reaching out with your idea. The more details you can provide, the better!
Helpful things to include:
What item you’d like created
Names, wording, or personalization
Colors or themes
Quantity needed
Deadline (if you have one)
Photos or inspiration images are always welcome!
2️⃣ We Create a Design
Once we understand what you're looking for, we’ll design a custom proof for you to review.
This allows you to see exactly how your item will look before anything is made.
3️⃣ You Approve the Proof
You’ll have the opportunity to review the design and request adjustments if needed. We won’t begin production until you’re happy with the final design.
4️⃣ Invoice & Payment
Once the design is approved, we’ll send an invoice for your order.
Because custom items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold, payment is required before production begins.
We’ll confirm production timelines when the invoice is sent so you know exactly when to expect your order.
5️⃣ We Create Your Order
After payment is received, we’ll begin creating your custom piece with the same care and attention to detail that goes into every item we make.
